This is one of the most delicious biryani made in Dindugal(Tamilnadu) very unique flavor comes from seeraga samba rice, which is different from other biryanis It is a very famous biryani in Dindigul and its made with Seeraga Samba rice.Seeraga samba rice is very aromatic rice and the grain is very tiny in size and it resembles like Seeragam or Jeera (Cumin Seeds ) and it got its name as seeraga Samba Rice.

The main ingredient for this biryani is the Biryani spice powder which we ground freshly that provides the fantastic aroma and flavor to this biryani which adds extra taste to this biryani. another unique thing about seraga samba is "geranam" which means digestion 😊😊😊 🙏 🙏 🙏

Homemade pickles are the best, I never prepared pickles before, it is my first attempt, there are two ways to prepare, one is boiled/steamed the lemon, add salt, preserve it for 2 weeks, dry in direct sunlight every day & seasoned with the other spices.
